内皮素轴与癌痛的研究进展

    [摘要] 癌痛严重影响癌症患者生存质量。由于癌痛发生机制多样化及阿片类药物的局限性,癌痛效果仍不佳,所以亟待寻找新的治疗靶点。现已制备大量成熟的癌痛模型,为癌痛机制研究提供良好的平台。内皮素轴包括内皮素及其受体。大量研究表明,在癌痛的发生发展中,内皮素通过激活内皮素受体而介导癌痛,且各种内皮素受体阻断剂干预癌痛的作用也得到了证实。同时,瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(TRPV1)在内皮素轴介导的癌痛中发挥重要作用,因此内皮素轴及TRPV1可能成为癌痛治疗新靶点。

    [Abstract] Cancer patients often suffer pain. Because of the limitations of opioid drugs and the diverse mechanisms of cancer pain, the treatment is still poor. So it is urgent to find new therapeutic targets. There are many animal models of cancer pain which provides a platform for the study of mechanism in cancer pain. Endothelin axis includes endothelins and endothelins receptors. A lot of studies show that endothelins, activating endothelin receptors,mediate cancer pain and the effects of the blockers of endothelins receptors on cancer pain are confirmed. Meanwhile, the transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1 is involved in endothelin axis mediating cancer pain. Therefore endothelin axis and TRPV1 may be a new targets for cancer pain. ......
