    [摘要] 通过文献检索，查阅近十年来发表的有关大肠癌证型分布及生物学基础研究的文献，总结证型分布特征及生物学基础，结果发现，大肠癌常见中医证型以及所涉及分子生物学基础分别是：大肠癌湿热蕴结证和气血亏虚证患者与正常人的蛋白质表达有差异；VEGF、EGF基因表达差异可作为大肠癌脾气亏虚证客观量化的参考指标之一；大肠癌瘀血内证患者与外周血PTEN、CD的表达存在相关性；大肠癌肝肾阴虚证的分子基础涉及组建炎性细胞因子网络。大肠癌的常见证型的分布以及相关分子生物学的研究，可能有助于更好地理解用中医的证治疗癌症的现代策略。

    Research progress on colorectal cancer syndrome distribution characteristics and biological basis
