    [摘要] 血栓前状态是指因血液系统持续高血凝状态而导致的机体处于易栓状态，是血管内皮细胞、血小板、凝血系统、抗凝系统、纤溶系统以及血液流变学等多种因素综合作用下发生的凝血和抗凝系统失调的一种病理过程，同时也是机体过渡为血栓病理状态的病理过程。研究血栓前状态的病理生理过程，是预防血栓性疾病的重要基础。许多妊娠不良结局的妇女均具有血栓形成倾向，抗凝治疗被公认为对于血栓前状态有效的治疗方法。因此研究血栓前状态与不良妊娠结局的关系有利于其尽早进行治疗和预防。

    [Abstract] Pre-thrombosis state (PTS) is the thrombosis caused by persistent high blood coagulation state， and a pathological process of hemostasis， coagulation and anticoagulation system disorders affected by vascular endothelial cells， platelet， coagulation， anticoagulant， fibrinolysis system and blood rheology and other factors. Many women with adverse pregnancy outcomes have the tendency of thrombosis， and anticoagulant therapy is regarded as an effective method for the treatment of PTS. So the study of the relationship between PTS and adverse pregnancy outcomes is in favor of the early treatment and prevention for thrombosis.
