    [摘要] 目的 比较12～18周岁安氏Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者矫治前与矫治后1年咀嚼效能的差异。 方法 选取2010年1～12月河北省口腔医院正畸门诊12～18岁的错(牙合)畸形患者31例，其中安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形16例、Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者15例。采用722型光栅分光光度计吸光度法分别测量安氏Ⅱ、Ⅲ类患者矫治前与矫治后1年的吸光度值，统计并比较结果。 结果 安氏Ⅱ类患者矫治前的吸光度值为(0.990±0.108)，矫治后的吸光度值为(1.040±0.102)，矫治前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；安氏Ⅲ类患者矫治前的吸光度值为(0.980±0.068)，矫治后的吸光度值为(1.102±0.110)，矫治前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 安氏Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形者矫治后1年的咀嚼效能比矫治前高。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the difference of the masticatory efficiency of 12-18 years old patients with Angle class Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion before and after orthodontic treatment 1 year. Methods From January to December 2010， in Department of Orthodontics， Stomatological Hospital of Hebei Province， 31 12-18 years old patients with Angle class Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion were selected， 16 patients were Angle class Ⅱ， 15 patients were Angle class Ⅲ. The absorbance values of Angle class Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion before and after orthodontic treatment 1 year were measured by using grating spectrophotometer， the results were statistics and compared.
