    [摘要] 具有二芳基甲基哌嗪的化合物具有广泛的药理活性，包括抗组胺、抗肿瘤、抗高血压、抗偏头痛等，通过整理文献，本文对近年来发表的二芳基甲基哌嗪化合物的药理活性研究文献进行整理和分析，为深入开展以含有二芳基甲基哌嗪结构为创新新药研究提供信息。
