    [摘要] 目的 探討外源性硫化氢(H2S)对足月妊娠产妇离体子宫平滑肌收缩能力的影响情况。 方法 选取2014年6月～2015年5月河北省保定市第一医院56例足月已临产产妇(临产组)及56例未临产足月妊娠产妇(未临产组)的离体子宫平滑肌作为研究对象，分别浸浴于10-7、10-5、10-3 mol/L浓度的硫氢化钠(NaHS)溶液，观察两组肌条收缩的强度、收缩持续的时间以及收缩的频率；同时比较两组在不同浓度NaHS溶液浸浴时子宫肌条的收缩曲线下面积(AUC)抑制率与收缩频率抑制率。 结果 10-7、10-5、10-3 mol/L浓度NaHS溶液对临产组子宫平滑肌收缩AUC抑制率比较差异均有统计学意义(P 0.05)，相同浓度NaHS溶液对临产组子宫平滑肌收缩AUC抑制率高于未临产组，差异均有统计学意义(P 0.05)，临产组及未临产组在相同浓度NaHS溶液对子宫平滑肌收缩频率抑制率存在差异，临产组均高于未临产组(P 0.05)； there was statistical difference in inhibition rate of AUC of uterine muscle between two groups in same concentration of NaHS， and inhibition rate of AUC in labor group were higher than that in the non-labor group (P 0.05)； there were statistical differences in inhibition rate of contraction frequency of uterine muscle between two groups in same concentration of NaHS， and inhibition rate of contraction frequency in labor group was higher than that in non-labor group (P 0.05) ......
