    [摘要] 链脲佐菌素是最常用的诱导动物发生糖尿病的药物。利用链脲佐菌素构建小鼠糖尿病模型的文献报道很多，但关于链脲佐菌素有效诱导小鼠糖尿病模型的关键因素及实验注意事项的报道却很少。本文总结了笔者在多次糖尿病小鼠建模实验中获得的一些经验与体会，以期为其他研究者开展糖尿病建模工作提供参考与指导作用。

    [Abstract] Streptozotocin (STZ) is the most widely used drug to produce animal model of diabetes mellitus.
