[摘要] 电子商务已经上升到国家战略，随着医药卫生体制改革的深入推进和药品集中招标采购的开展以及互联网+医药战略的提出，以第三方电子交易平台为代表的医药电子商务会得到长足的发展。本文从国家转变社会经济发展方式、医药卫生体制改革的相关要求及充分利用和整合中国药都(本溪)资源、提升中国药都服务沈阳经济区的能力和强化辽宁省发展战略性新兴产业的重要载体地位的角度，对辽宁省药品交易所建设的必要性和可行性进行研究。

    [Abstract] E-commerce has risen to national strategy. Along with the development of medical and health system reform and the development of the drug centralized bid procurement and internet + strategy put forward， represented by the third party electronic trading platform of medical e-commerce will get rapid development. This article researches the necessity and feasibility of construction of the medicines exchange in Liaoning Province from the views as follow： the state transformation of the mode of social and economic development， medical and health system reform relevant requirements， making full use of and integrating the Chinese medicine (Benxi) resources， improving the ability of Chinese medicine service in Shenyang economic zone and strengthening the status of the main carrier of the development of strategic emerging industry of Liaoning province. ......
