    协同护理模式对糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血糖血脂的控制及生活质量的影响

    目的探讨协同护理模式对糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血糖血脂的控制及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年10月～2015年10月西南医科大学附属医院收治的138例糖尿病合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象，在征得患者知情同意下采取等距随机抽样法分为对照组及研究组，各69例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予协同护理模式。比较两组患者血糖血脂控制效果和生活质量改善情况。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后血糖、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式可显著降低患者血糖血脂水平，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广使用。
