    过敏性紫癜并发肠套叠2例分析

    报道并分析2例过敏性紫癜并发肠套叠，复习国内外文献，综述过敏性紫癜并发肠套叠的特点，提高临床医生本病的诊治水平。本研究2例过敏性紫癜患者为8岁儿童和68岁成人，均累及上肢关节，在应用糖皮质激素治疗后并发肠套叠，并行手术治疗。应用万方数据库及PubMed数据库查找过敏性紫癜并发肠套叠的相关文献，分析、归纳其发病特点、诊治方案，发现过敏性紫癜可累及上肢关节、胃肠道，过敏性紫癜并发肠套叠主要见于儿童，较少发生于成人，行腹部B超或CT可见同心圆征，应用糖皮质激素治疗后并不能阻止肠套叠的发生，不管是儿童或成人过敏性紫癜患者，任何时间出现腹痛，均应高度警惕合并肠套叠的可能。

    [Abstract]Two cases of henoch-shconlein purpura with intussusception were reported and analyzed.The features of the disease were reviewed in the literature in China and abroad to improve the diagnostic and therapeutic level of the clinicians.In this study，two patients of henoch-shconlein purpura who was a 8-year-old girl and 68-year-old man，were involved in the upper limb joints，intussusception still occurred after applicaton of corticosteroids，paralleled surgical treatment.References were searched in the Wanfang and Pubmed database to analyze and summarize the features and the diagnostic and therapeuticmethods of the disease ......
