    [摘要] 目的 探究与分析5-氨基酮戊酸动力疗法治疗寻常型痤疮的综合护理观察。 方法 选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2014年4月～2016年4月收治的120例寻常型痤疮患者，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各60例，对照组仅给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理，对比两组患者临床疗效、不良反应、皮肤外观满意度及焦虑抑郁情绪变化。 结果 对照组的总有效率为80.00%，观察组的总有效率为91.67%，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P 0.05)。两组患者护理后较护理前相比SAS及SDS评分均降低，观察组较对照组上述评分降低更加显著，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 将综合护理应用于5-氨基酮戊酸动力疗法治疗寻常型痤疮的临床工作中，可提高疗效，降低不良反应，提高患者对皮肤的满意度，同时缓解了患者焦虑抑郁情绪。
