    [摘要] 目的 探讨在彩色多普勒超声引导下手法复位治疗睾丸扭转的可行性。 方法 选取2012年1月～2016年6月入住首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院急症外科的睾丸扭转患儿101例，在彩色多普勒超声检测和引导下对其中76例患者进行手法复位，观察手法复位成功率。 结果 76例(左侧扭转48例，右侧扭转28例)患儿中经手法复位获得成功病例63例(左侧成功41例，右侧成功22例)，总成功率为82.89%。9例复位不全，4例失败。 结论 站立位非麻醉状态下超声引导手法复位有利于提高睾丸扭转(尤其是睾丸不全扭转)手法复位的成功率和可操作性。急诊手术前及时行手法复位有助于提高扭转睾丸挽救率。此技术在基层医院的推广应用有望降低睾丸扭转造成的睾丸切除率。
