碱法提取款冬花渣多糖工艺的响应面法优化

    [摘要] 目的 优化款冬花渣多糖碱法提取工艺条件。 方法 通过响应面法,以多糖提取率为评价指标,分别以pH、温度、时间为考察条件,探讨其对款冬花渣多糖提取的影响。 结果 pH值为9.5,温度为61℃,时间85 min,加入20倍量的水(mL/g),为最最优工艺条件,在此工艺条件下,款冬花渣多糖的提取率为4.211%,多糖含量为6.93%。 结论 碱法提取款冬花渣多糖具有提取率高的优点。

    Optimization of extraction of polysaccharides from Tussilagofarfara wasteby basic extraction

    [Abstract] Objective To study the optimum extraction of polysaccharide from Tussilagofarfara waste. Methods Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process for Tussilagofarfara waste. The effect of time, pH and temperature were addressed using response surface methodology. Results The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: pH of 9.5, temperature of 61℃, time of 85 min, and material-to-liquid ratio of 20 (mL/g).
