    [摘要] 随着我国医药行业的快速发展，职业领域对药学类本科毕业生的专业能力和综合素质提出了更高要求。如何培养出一批适应行业需要，具备创新精神和实践能力，并能实现个性化发展的特色专业人才，已成为医药本科院校面临的一项重大课题。文章提出以大学生创新性实验项目为平台，构建药学类本科生“学业导师制”的培养新模式，以实现专业综合能力提升和个性化培养两大目标，并对该培养模式构建思路进行了探索和思考，提出了一些意见和建议。
