    [摘要] 目的 分析丙型肝炎性肝硬化患者血清内脏脂肪素的表达意义。 方法 收集河北省沧州市中心医院2014年7月～2015年11月117例丙型肝炎性肝硬化患者(肝硬化组，A级41例、B级42例、C级34例)和20例健康对照人员(对照组)为研究对象，测量两组被试人员的血清内脏脂肪素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平。 结果 肝硬化组及A、B、C三级患者内脏脂肪素水平低于对照组，HOMA-IR和IL-6水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)，HOMA-IR和IL-6水平比较，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 丙型肝炎性肝硬化患者的内脏脂肪素表达水平较低，内脏脂肪素可作为诊断丙型肝炎性肝硬化的指标，但是不能作为判断肝功能严重程度的指标。
