    [摘要] 面临着愈发激烈的市场竞争，公立医院体检中心扩充业务范围，开展健康体适能检测项目，有利于增强自身竞争力。本文运用SWOT分析法，探讨公立医院体检中心开展健康体适能检测项目的可行性。分析后得出：公立医院在医疗资源、人才储备和资金支持等方面具有较大优势，却在实践经验、体检体系、人员管理模式等方面存在劣势。公立医院体检中心在迎接政策环境和市场需求所带来的机会的同时，亦需面临激烈的市场竞争。

    [Abstract] Facing the increasingly fierce market competition， physical examination centers of public hospitals shall try to enhance their competiveness by extending business scope and implementing physical fitness test. The essay is to explore the feasibility of implementing physical fitness test for physical examination centers of public hospitals based on SWOT method. Research shows that the strengths of physical examination centers of public hospitals lie in resource， talents and financial support. And the weaknesses include the lack of experience， the stale operation system and the rigid management pattern.
