    [摘要] “多元化”结合师承教学模式应用于骨科临床教学中，包括专科文献阅读及撰写、多媒体教学、影像记录、人体解剖操作、教学查房、跟台手术、病案讨论等方式，同时采取中医师承教育模式跟师名中医学习，包括阅读经典、理论传授、收集病案、提问答疑及示范演练等多种方式，继承名中医临床思维、学术思想、诊疗特点，提升骨科临床医学生的科研、创新能力，临床操作技能，临床思维能力，加强与患者沟通能力及团队合作能力，全面提高综合素质，为医学事业培养出用得上、信得过、干得好的实用型骨科医学人才。
