    [摘要] 目的 探究與分析心理护理对经蝶垂体瘤手术患者负性情绪及依从性的影响。 方法 选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2014年10月～2016年10月收治的90例经蝶垂体瘤手术患者，采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组与心理护理组，每组各45例。对比两组负性情绪、依从性、护理满意度及不良反应。 结果 与护理前相比，两组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低，心理护理组比常规护理组改善更加显著，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 对经蝶垂体瘤手术患者实施常规护理的基础上加用心理护理能够明显缓解患者负性情绪、提高治疗的依从性及患者满意度，降低不良反应发生率。
