    [摘要] 依托咪酯是一种非巴比妥类静脉麻醉药，因其独特的药理特点，特别适用于休克、心脏病、高血压以及老年患者的麻醉。一直以来，依托咪酯对患者肾上腺皮质功能的抑制作用限制了它的应用广度。近年来，随着对依托咪酯研究的不断深入，发现它对肾上腺皮质的抑制作用是可逆的，且有大量的临床实验已经证实依托咪酯可以用于维持肾上腺皮质功能正常、手术时长小于3 h患者的麻醉。同时，依托咪酯新剂型的研究，也将拓宽依托咪酯的临床适应证。

    [Abstract] Etomidate is a kind of nonbarbiturate intravenous anesthetic. Due to the unique pharmacological characteristics， Etomidate is especially suitable for the shock， heart disease， high blood pressure and the anesthesia of elderly patients. For a long time， the inhibition effect of Etomidate on the adrenocortical function of the patients limits its application scope. In recent years， with the continuous study of Etomidate， it is found that the inhibition effect on the adrenal cortex is reversible， and a large number of clinical trials have confirmed that Etomidate can be used to maintain the normal adrenal function， and the anesthesia for the patients with the operation time less than 3 hours. At the same time， the study of new dosage forms of Etomidate will broaden the clinical indications of Etomidate. ......
