    [摘要] 临床教学是医学生培养过程中的重要阶段，临床教学质量直接影响到医学生的培养质量。加强临床教学管理，积极开展临床教学研究，对提高临床教学质量，培养医学人才具有重要意义。本文针对中医院临床教学实际，通过健全临床教学管理体系、加强师资队伍建设、保障教学经费、规范临床教学过程管理、注重临床教学考评五大关键要素的实施，不断完善临床理论和技能的教学方法和模式，最终促进临床教学质量和医学生培养质量的整体提高。

    [Abstract] Clinical teaching is an important stage in the process of medical students training. The quality of clinical teaching directly affects the quality of medical students training. To strengthen the clinical teaching management and carry out clinical teaching research is of great significance in improving the quality of clinical teaching and training medical personnel. According to the clinical teaching in Chinese medical hospital， five key elements should be carried. Improvement of clinical teaching management system， strengthen the construction of teaching staff， ensure the teaching funds， standardize the clinical teaching process management， pay attention to clinical teaching evaluation. Finally improve the teaching methods and the model of clinical theory and skills and promote the quality of clinical teaching and medical students training. ......
