    [摘要] 目的 探讨长效长方案促排卵周期中，冲洗卵泡对患者胚胎发育情况影响。 方法 回顾性分析2014年 7月～2016年6月在广东医科大学附属医院生殖中心接受长效长方案试管婴儿(IVF)助孕的343例女性的临床资料，其中采用卵泡冲洗99例(冲洗组)，采用直接吸取卵泡液244例(对照组)。对两组患者获卵率、正常受精(2PN)卵率、2PN卵裂率、优胚率、囊胚率、胚胎可利用率、临床妊娠率、着床率和流产率进行分析。 结果 在长效长方案促排卵周期中，冲洗组的卵裂胚胎利用率、优胚率、囊胚冷冻率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 在长效长方案促排卵周期中，冲洗卵泡并不能使获卵率增加，但能有效提高卵裂胚胎的利用率，优胚率和囊胚冷冻率，患者临床妊娠率和种植率均有增高趋势。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effects of follicle flushing on embryonic development in patients of long protocol controlled ovarian hyperstimulation in vitro fertilization.
