    [摘要] 中医药全球化发展近年来进入新常态，中医药国际交流增长趋缓，在国家“一带一路”倡议背景下，中医药全球化发展迎来新机遇，也给中医医院国际合作与交流模式带来新挑战。本文分析中医药国际化面临的问题与难点，结合北京某三甲中医院国际合作与交流相关实际经验，通过开展传统医药海外中心建设、医疗服务、科研合作和人才培养等方面的共同协作，不断扩大交流的深度和广度，提升中医药合作交流的水平，为构建中医药国际合作交流平台提出几点建议：以中医药文化传播为根基，以中医药标准化与知识产权战略协同发展为前提，重点培养中医药国际化复合型人才，积极推进国际间医疗机构中医药科研与技术合作，与国际友好共同构建中医药国际合作与交流的长效机制，形成更加紧密务实的伙伴关系。

    [Abstract] In recent years， the global development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) enters a new normal state， the growth of international exchange of TCM is slowing down.
