    [摘要] 目的 探讨辛伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗冠心病的效果及对TC、LDL-C、ApoB的影响。 方法 选取2015年10月～2016年10月重庆市人民医院三院院区收治的冠心病患者96例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各48例。对照组采用辛伐他汀治疗，观察组采用辛伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗，均治疗3个月。比较两组血脂达标率及用药不良反应发生情况，并测定两组治疗前后血清胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及载脂蛋白(ApoB)水平变化。 结果 观察组治疗后TC、LDL-C、ApoB均低于對照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 辛伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗冠心病有良好的调脂效果，血脂达标率较高，且用药安全。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyse the clinical effects of Simvastatin combined with Ezetimibe in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and its influence for TC， LDL-C， ApoB.
