    [摘要] 目的 利用数据挖掘技术探索中药治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症的用药特点。 方法 从知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Embase、Medline中检索中药治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症的相关临床文献，对数据进行统计学分析。 结果 统计收集处方中使用的中药种类，进一步分析获取了治疗该病的常用药物、药对、药组、新处方及聚类情况。 结论 本文发现了中药治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症新的用药规律，为临床上腰椎椎管狭窄症的中药用药提供了指导。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the medication regularities of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis by data mining techniques. Methods The related clinical literatures about Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis were revealed from CNKI， Wanfang， VIP， PubMed， Embase and Medline， the data was analyzed statistically. Results Among the collected prescriptions， herbs types were used， the commonly used herbs， medicine pair， medicine groups， new formula and clustering situations were excavated by further analysis. Conclusion This paper finds new medication rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis， which provides guidance for the use of traditional Chinese medicine of lumbar spinal stenosis. ......
