借力移动办公,提高医院办公室工作效率

    [摘要] 随着手机普及率不断提升,移动医疗、手机办公的时代正在向我们逐渐走来。移动医疗的目标需要医院提高管理技术、服务和管理水平,促进医院行政管理信息化,已成为刻不容缓的一个重要课题。当前医院行政办公的信息化程度低,传统信息建设投入大、成本高,使用困难。本文以行政管理为切入点,结合首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院使用“钉钉”软件试点移动办公的经验,探索如何利用移动互联技术,提高医院管理水平。

    [Abstract] With the popularization of mobile phone, the mobile health care and the mobile office are integrating into our lives gradually. The mobile health care requires that the hospital improves the management standards as well as the service, and promote the information public administration, which has been a crucial task. Currently, the level of using information in the hospitals is unsatisfactory; and the traditional information construction has defects the high investment but hard to use. This article uses the public administration as the point combining the experience of applying “Dingtalk” software in Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University to explore how to improve the management standards by using the mobile internet technology.
