    [摘要] 本文通过分析“平安好医生”APP的现状和问题，延伸至分析整个移动医疗行业目前的状况，并针对这些状况提出相应的解决方案。根据本文调查问卷结果表明，我国的医疗APP尚未完全普及，消费者依旧习惯于选择普通去医院挂号、面对面就诊模式，对网上挂号特别是问诊方式没有充分的了解，并且对其中的安全性持普遍怀疑态度。“软件+互联网+医疗”盈利模式，细分市场深耕和“线上”与“线下”的融合将会是未来移动医疗的发展趋势。
