    [摘要] 医疗卫生信息化是我国信息化社会发展的一项重要内容，也是新医改的重要支撑。本文以宁波市为例，调研宁波市区域医疗信息平台建设的现状，通过分析，认为平台存在信息集成度低、各卫生机构之间协调性差、信息安全和法律保护问题有待解决、基层信息化程度弱、经费投入结构不合理、还未形成可持续的商业模式、社保卡功能单一等问题，提出应由政府主导做好顶层设计与项目控制、加快数字化医院建设和完善标准、从技术层面和法律层面提升平台的安全与可靠性、建立可持续的商业模式、逐步改变医疗服务管理体制、统一身份识别并完善社保卡功能等建议。通过以上研究，促进宁波市区域医疗信息平台的完善及医疗服务协同体系的推进，并为我国其他地区提供参考。
