武汉地区三甲医院规培医师情绪劳动对医患关系的影响
许伟明 梁韵 郭海燕[摘要] 目的 探究武汉地区三甲医院规培医师情绪劳动情况及其对医患关系的影响。 方法 2017年1~2月通过线上问卷调查、测评、投票平台——问卷星,利用Diefendorff(2005)情绪劳动量表和DDPRQ-10医患关系量表,对武汉地区三甲医院愿意参与的规培医师进行调查。 结果 共有82名规培医师参与。与持中性态度相比,规培医师自然表现和深层表现程度较高(P 0.05)。与持中性态度相比,规培医师医患关系较为紧张(P < 0.05)。情绪劳动深层表现与医患关系的主客观相结合、医患关系总分存在显著的负相关关系(P < 0.05),但相关性较弱(r < 0.5)。 结论 武汉地区三甲医院规培医师情绪劳动策略主要表现为自然表现和深层表现,情绪劳动可能通过其他因素间接影响医患关系。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the emotional labor of standardization training of resident doctors and its influence on the patient-physician relationship in 3-A-grade hospitals in Wuhan. Methods Standardization training of resident doctors in three 3-A-grade hospitals in Wuhan who were willing to participate were investigated by Diefendorff (2005) emotional labor strategy scale and DDPRQ-10 scale by use of self-administered questionnaire survey platform from January to February in 2017. Results A total of 82 doctors participated in the survey. Compared with neutral attitude, natural acting and deep acting of these doctors were more high (P < 0.05).
