    [摘要] 目的 建立钩菊胶囊的质量标准。 方法 薄层色谱法对钩藤、淫羊藿进行定性鉴别；UV-HPLC对淫羊藿苷进行含量测定。采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)；流动相：乙腈-水(25∶75)；流速：1.0 mL/min；柱温：30℃；检测波长为270 nm。 结果 薄层色谱中斑点清晰，阴性均无干扰；淫羊藿苷在15～150 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996)，平均回收率为100.9%(RSD=2.77%)。 结论 本试验结果准确、简便，易控，可作为钩菊胶囊的质量标准。

    [Abstract] Objective To establish the quality standard of Gouju Capsules. Methods The main ingredients of Ramudus Uncaria Cum Uncis， Epimedium were identified by TLC. Content of icariin was determined by UV-HPLC. The content of the berberine was determined by HPLC； the column of Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm， 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was ocetonitrile-water (25∶75)， the column temperature of 30℃， at the flow of 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results The spots on TLC plates were distinct， without interference. A good linearity of icariin was in the ranges of 15-150 μg/mL (r=0.9996). The average recovery was 100.9% (RSD =2.77%).
