    [摘要] 目的 通过分析成分血在产科围产期的运用情况，指导临床及时和合理用血。 方法 回顾性分析2013年10月～2017年2月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院产科围生期输血的31例产妇的临床资料，分析输血成分使用情况。 结果 在31例输血孕产妇中，输注的血液成分主要为红细胞制品，其次为血浆及血小板。导致输血的产后出血病因主要为子宫收缩乏力。结论 成分输血可有效地利用血液，改善凝血功能并止血，是孕产妇救治成功的关键措施；重视产前检查和规范诊治，掌握输血时机、合理用血，有助于降低输血率、减少输血量，降低孕产妇死亡率。
