    [摘要] 从基层妇幼保健和计划生育服务站点收集出生缺陷相关样本并做服务对象的相关信息收集和样本检测，设计开发样本库管理软件，规划编码样本库内的存储空间，利用开发的管理软件管理标准化处理的大量样本，存入规划好的空间保存。探索建立基于基层的出生缺陷预防生物样本库的工作经验，为基层群众提供服务和相关研究积累样本资源。江苏省计划生育科学技术研究所目前保存唐筛、耳聋、无创产前筛查、先天性心脏病标本合计超过万例，初步建立了规范的出生缺陷预防生物样本库，将开发设计的样本库管理软件用于出生缺陷预防和研究服务，为后面的持续研究奠定基础。
