microRNA—125b在肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展

赵雪煜 钱亚云[摘要] 恶性肿瘤是导致人类死亡的重要因素之一。恶性肿瘤的发生与某特定基因的异常表达密切相关。microRNA-125b(miR-125b)是一个非编码的小RNA分子,它在不同的生物学变化中均有举足轻重的地位。越来越多的研究显示对某些特定恶性肿瘤的诊断,miR-125b或许能作为其先进的生物标志,并且可能成为其医学治疗的潜在新靶点。根据miR-125b与肿瘤之间关系的最新研究成果,综述其在细胞增殖、耐药、侵袭转移及凋亡等多个方面对肿瘤的发生发展产生的具体影响。

[Abstract] Malignancy is one of the important factors leading to human death. The occurrence of malignant tumors is closely related to the abnormal expression of a particular gene. MicroRNA-125b (miR-125b) is a non-coding small RNA molecule that plays a pivotal role in different biological changes. More and more studies have shown that miR-125b may be an advanced biomarker for the diagnosis of certain specific malignancies and may be a potential new target for its medical treatment. According to the latest research results of the relationship between miR-125b and tumor, it is reviewed in the aspects of cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis and drug resistance.
