    [摘要] 现阶段我国大部分中医药应用型本科护理专业多关注技能培养，缺少职业道德教育的连续性和环境性，导致毕业生难以达到“精品”标准。“工匠精神”因其核心为提高品质，可以为应用型护理人才的培养提供研究思路。本文以分析“工匠精神”内涵为出发点，寻找其与中医药应用型本科护理专业人才培养的关联性，探究将其植入培养过程的可行性和积极作用，并通过剖析培养路径说明“工匠精神”对提高人才培养质量的现实意义，以期为我国中医药院校应用型本科护理专业人才的培养提供参考。

    [Abstract] At present stage， most of the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents in traditional Chinese medicine focus on skill training， but lack of continuity and environment for the professional ethics education. It is difficult for the graduates to meet the "high-quality" standard. The core of "craftsman spirit" is to improve the quality.
