    [摘要] 目的 探討子宫上皮细胞稳定性细胞游离亚铁原卟啉(FH)对宫颈癌的诊断价值。 方法 选取2014年2月～2016年12月湖南省脑科医院接受宫颈癌筛查的女性患者303例，经病理学诊断宫颈癌患者56例，宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ～Ⅲ(CINⅡ～Ⅲ)患者112例，宫颈刮片检查健康正常健康者135例，均行子宫上皮细胞稳定性FH检测和液基薄层细胞检测(TCT)。将病理学诊断结果作为金标准，分析上皮细胞稳定性FH和TCT对宫颈癌与CINⅡ～Ⅲ检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、约登指数、阳性和阴性预测值。 结果 经上皮细胞稳定性FH检测，宫颈癌患者与CINⅡ～Ⅲ患者的总阳性率均明显高于正常健康者(P < 0.05)，且宫颈癌患者明显高于CINⅡ～Ⅲ患者(P < 0.05)；上皮细胞稳定性FH检测宫颈癌患者54例，CINⅡ～Ⅲ患者97例，TCT检测宫颈癌患者49例，CINⅡ～Ⅲ患者93例；上皮细胞稳定性FH检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、约登指数、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均高于TCT检测。 结论 上皮细胞稳定性FH在宫颈癌高表达，检测结果有较高的准确度、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。
