    [摘要] 在临床工作中，典型肾结核与肾结石较易鉴别，但是不典型肾结核则易与肾结石相混淆，导致误诊误治。不典型肾结核的确诊需要相关的诊断标准而非一般的诊断思路。本文对定州市人民医院收治的1例不典型肾结核患者的病史、临床特点、辅助检查及治疗过程总结分析，探讨不典型肾结核的发病情况、临床特点、诊断依据及治疗要点，总结经验，提高确诊率，降低误诊率和延误诊断率，使不典型肾结核患者得到及时和有效的治疗。

    [Abstract] In the clinical work， the typical renal tuberculosis and kidney stones are easy to be identified， but atypical renal tuberculosis is easily confused with kidney stones， leading to misdiagnosis and mistreatment. The diagnosis of atypical renal tuberculosis requires diagnostic criteria rather than general diagnostic methods. This paper summarizes the medical history， clinical features， auxiliary examinations and treatment procedures of 1 case with untypical renal tuberculosis in Dingzhou People's Hospital and discusses the pathogenesis， clinical features， diagnosis and treatment of atypical renal tuberculosis， so as to summarize experience， improve diagnosis rate， and reduce misdiagnosis rate and delay diagnosis rate， make the patients with atypical renal tuberculosis get timely and effective treatment. ......
