    [摘要] 冠心病(CHD)已成为人类健康的一大威胁，右心室(RV)功能对CHD的诊断、治疗及预测有独特价值，然而RV复杂的形态结构使RV功能评估受到限制。近年来迅猛发展的超声技术将逐步提高RV功能评价的准确性，本文就超声心动图对CHD患者的RV功能评价现状及研究进展进行综述。

    [Abstract] Coronary heart disease (CHD) has been a serious threat to human health， right ventricular (RV) function indicates the unique value to the diagnosis， treatment and prognosis of CHD.
