    [摘要] 针灸治疗小儿面神经麻痹效果确切，已广泛应用于临床。本文旨在对目前针灸治疗小儿面神经麻痹的临床现状做一简单概述，通过网络检索近5年内的相关文献，分析对比单纯针刺疗法，电针疗法，针刺配合艾灸、中药，针刺配合推拿疗法，以及针刺配合电针、火罐、穴位注射等综合疗法治疗本病的临床效果，为针灸临床治疗小儿面神经麻痹提供更规范有效的治疗方案。
