ANO1在头颈部鳞癌中的表达及与患者预后的相关性
周宏 李文平 裴斐 吴刚[摘要] 目的 探讨ANO1在头颈部鳞癌中的表达及与患者预后的关系。 方法 运用Oncomine数据库分析ANO1 mRNA在头颈部鳞癌组织与正常黏膜组织表达的差异性及与预后的关系。收集2017年2~10月在复旦大学附属浦东医院接受手术的喉癌患者的标本,采用RT-PCR检测ANO1 mRNA在喉鳞癌组织(26例)与正常黏膜组织(26例)中的表达情况。检索cBioPortal数据库,分析ANO1 mRNA在头颈部鳞癌中的表达与预后的相关性。 结果 在多种头颈部鳞癌组织中ANO1 mRNA表达显著高于正常黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。运用Rickman数据集分析发现ANO1 mRNA高表达与低表达患者的5年总生存率差异无统计学意义(P ﹥ 0.05),而从cBioPortal数据库(TCGA,Provisional)分析发现ANO1 mRNA高表达与低表达的总生存率、无疾病/进展生存率差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 ANO1在头颈部鳞癌组织中的表达高于正常黏膜组织,ANO1高表达的患者,生存期较短,预后较差。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of ANO1 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and to determine the prognostic value of ANO1 for HNSCC patients. Methods The differences of ANO1 mRNA expressions in HNSCC and normal mucosa tissues were analyzed based on Oncomine database. The specimens of patients undergoing surgery with laryngeal cancer in Fudan University Pudong Medical Center from February to October 2017 were collected. ANO1 mRNA expressions in laryngeal cancer (26 cases) and normal mucosa tissues (26 cases) were determined using RT-PCR. The relationship between ANO1 mRNA expression and prognosis of HNSCC patients was analyzed using Oncomine and cBioPortal database.
