    [摘要] 回顾笔者在临床实践中学习和探索到的工作模式和方法，总结以临床实践为基础的呼吸科临床药师培养模式，为该科临床药师的初期培养提供参考。笔者认为培训学员的初期培养应采取以教科书为基础，以问题为导向的案例式教学方法，结合相关指南和专家共识，有计划地进行医学知识与药学知识的学习，参与药物治疗，帮助医师选择更合理的药物治疗方案，逐渐建立临床思维与临床药学思维，提高应用药物的能力。同时通过查找文献，规范教学药历、病例分析、文献阅读报告等药学文书的书写，提高口头表达与交流沟通能力。通过不断完善培养模式和考核标准，能更好地培养适合临床需要的临床药师。
