    [摘要] 本文介绍了杨华教授治疗脾胃病的学术思想和经验，提出“脾胃为气机升降之枢，治病当顺应升降之性”“脾胃分治，调气理血并用”“上下交病治其中”和“辨证与辨病相结合”等学术思想，总结了“抓主证，明辨病机”“辨体质，因人制宜”和“明治则，选方药，师法经方”等临床经验。

    [Abstract] This paper introduces the academic thought and experience of professor Yang Hua in treating the spleen and stomach disease. It proposes that "the spleen and stomach are the pivot of the qi functional movements in body and curing disease shall comply with the nature of qi's ascending and descending"， "the spleen and stomach shall be cured separately and the qi and blood shall be regulated simultaneously"， "the representation of symptom on the upper and lower body shall be cured from the middle body" and "the discrimination and differentiation of disease shall be combined". The clinical experiences such as "the principal syndrome shall be grasped and the pathogenesis shall be discriminated"， "the physical health shall be discriminated， different measures shall be adopted to different persons" and "the treatment rules shall be clear ......
