    [摘要] 加速康复外科(ERAS)是一种优化围术期处理的理念，包括术前、术中及术后的ERAS方案。本文将围绕ERAS理念在结直肠手术中的应用做一综述。本文简述了术前、术中及术后ERAS方案分类及其临床价值，分析了ERAS方案在结直肠手术中的具体应用，并指出ERAS方案在结直肠手术中具有促进患者术后器官功能恢复，减少手术应激及并发症，缩短住院时间和减轻医疗开支的措施等优势，以期为临床工作者的ERAS措施执行提供参考，为ERAS方案的完善提供理论基础。

    [Abstract] Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) is a concept that optimizes perioperative management， including preoperative， intraoperative， and postoperative ERAS. This article will focus on the application of ERAS concept in colorectal surgery. This article briefly describes the classification and clinical value of preoperative， intraoperative and postoperative ERAS protocols， and analyzes the specific application of the ERAS protocol in colorectal surgery， and points out that the ERAS protocol can promote the recovery of postoperative organ function in colorectal surgery.
