    [摘要] 目的 分析结节、肿块型局灶性机化性肺炎(FOP)的MSCT征象。 方法 回顾性分析池州市人民医院2013年1月～2018年2月21例经手术或穿刺病理证实的结节、肿块型FOP的CT表现，所有患者均行64排螺旋CT平扫加三期增强检查，部分病灶辅以多平面重建重建显示。 结果 21例FOP中，结节型12例，肿块型9例；所有病灶位于肺野外带或紧贴胸膜，右肺下叶(8例)及左肺上叶(9例)多发；形态不规则20例，圆形小结节1例；边缘清晰15例，模糊6例；弓形征4例，粗长毛刺12例，胸膜增厚粘连16例，胸膜凹陷3例；不均匀强化19例(伴光滑内壁空洞8例)，均匀强化2例；明显强化12例，中度强化7例，轻度强化2例，血管穿行征2例。 结论 结节、肿块型FOP CT表现很复杂，根据病灶的位置、形态、强化方式及多平面重建综合判断，有一定的诊断价值。
