    [摘要] 目前我国老年人口整体健康状况欠佳，针对老年人特点及群体内部差异的健康促进工作仍处于起步阶段。本文阐述了我国老年人口健康状况与健康促进的现状，分析健康促进工作存在的主要问题，据此提出相应的健康促进对策。建立国家、社区、医院、家庭、个人多方面结合的健康促进模式，是老年人口健康促进研究的未来方向。
