国内外医师培养方式的比较及对策研究
李鸿杰 常峰[摘要] 为实现我国医药卫生体制深化改革,高素质的医疗卫生人才培养和队伍建设是重中之重。但在我国现行的医师培训体制中,缺乏统一的治疗规范,补贴保障机制不到位,临床学习机会少,使得医师的参与积极性不高。本文在总结国内外医师培养经验的基础上,针对上述问题提出建立统一治疗手册制度、健全经费保障体制以及明确医务范围的对策建议,旨在完善我国医师规范化培训,从而有助于分级诊疗模式的推进,最终实现我国医药行业的健康发展。

[Abstract] In order to deepen reform of medical and health system in China, the cultivation of high quality health personnel and the construction of the team are the most important.
