帕金森病与褪黑素相关性的研究进展
胡莹莹 汪锡金[摘要] 帕金森病是一种慢性进行性的神经变性疾病,主要临床表现包括运动迟缓、肌强直、静止性震颤和姿势平衡障碍等运动症状及嗅觉减退、睡眠障碍、认知障碍、情绪障碍等非运动症状。褪黑素是一种主要由松果体合成的激素,具有调节昼夜节律、清除自由基、抗氧化、抗炎症、神经保护等多种作用。当机体褪黑素分泌节律紊乱时易发生多种神经变性疾病,如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病。帕金森病与脑内褪黑素含量及受体的表达受损有关。外源性褪黑素能改善帕金森病的运动症状,同时对睡眠障碍、认知障碍、焦虑和抑郁等也显示出现一定的作用。本文概括了褪黑素能系统在帕金森病发病和治疗中的潜在作用。

[Abstract] Parkinson′s disease is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease.
