    [摘要] 目的 探讨活血化瘀护理干预在糖尿病合并中风患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2015年9月～2017年4月北京中医药大学第三附属医院内分泌科收治的糖尿病合并中风患者86例，按照随机数字表法分为观察者和对照组，每组各43例。对照组采用常规护理干预，为观察组采用常规结合活血化瘀护理干预，比较两组的护理效果。 结果 干预后两组空腹血糖和餐后血糖比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；干预后观察组低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇低于对照组，高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)；干预后观察组上肢功能、下肢功能和手部功能的评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 在糖尿病合并中风的护理干预过程中应用活血化瘀的效果较为显著，能有效控制血糖和血脂的水平。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of blood circulation and blood stasis nursing intervention in diabetic patients with apoplexy. Methods From September 2015 to April 2017， in Department of Endocrine， the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， 86 patients with diabetes combined with stroke were selected， according to random number table method， they were observe group and control group， with 43 cases in each group.
