    [摘要] 目的 探讨精益管理在癌痛规范化治疗示范病房中的应用及效果评价。 方法 选择2017年1～12月武汉大学人民医院收治的癌症疼痛患者138例为研究对象，按照管理方法不同分为对照组(68例)和观察组(70例)，对照组实施普通管理，包括开展健康宣教、遵医嘱使用镇痛药物等，观察组将精益管理应用在癌痛规范化治疗示范病房中，比较两组疼痛管理的作用以及效果。 结果 观察组用精益管理的方法创建癌痛规范化治疗示范病房后，医生用药规范性、癌痛患者服药依从性、疼痛缓解率和患者满意度提高，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 精益管理在癌痛规范化治疗示范病房中的应用，可提升癌痛患者的服药依丛性，提高患者的生存质量及满意度。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application of lean management in the Good Pain Management Ward and the effect evaluation. Methods A total of 138 patients with cancer pain treated in Renmin Hospital of WuHan University from January to December 2017 were selected as subjects. According to different management method， patients were divided into control group (68 cases) and observation group (70 cases). The control group implemented general management， including health education and following doctor′s orders with analgesic drugs. The observation group applied lean management in the standardized treatment unit for cancer pain， and the effects of pain management were compared between the two groups.
