我院近几年科研发展现状及应对策略
林爱翠 凌晓红[摘要] 医院竞争力的重要表现之一就是科研水平。南京市第一医院在近几年的科研发展中表现出多数科室缺少长远规划、员工参与科研工作的热情欠缺、高水平科研能力差、医院的科研表彰不及时、激励不到位、中心实验室管理不到位、设备投入无法保障以及科研管理系统无法顺利使用的问题。对此,本文建议医院应当采取措施,以科主任和员工发展两头抓的方式,制订能够保证科研人员收入的科研保护机制,引导员工培养科研思维模式,及时有效地对科研活动和成果给予表彰奖励,加强基础科研设备的投入与管理,以及推动科研管理系统尽快使用,希望通过这些建议的实施来加快医院的科研发展。

[Abstract] Scientific research level is an important performance of hospital competitiveness. In recent years, Nanjing First Hospital finds many problems in development of scientific research: many departments are lack of long term development plan, the staff is lack of enthusiasm of doing research, the ability of high-level scientific research is poor, the scientific research commendation of hospital is not timely, the motivation is not in place, the management of cental laboratory is not in place, the equipment investment can not be guaranteed, and the scientific research management system can not be used smoothly.
