    [摘要] 本文分析近年来大鼠实验研究中针灸干预原发性痛经的作用机制，认为针灸干预原发性痛经的机制与以下几点相关：针灸可通过调节内分泌功能、机体免疫功能，改善神经和神经递质代谢及子宫微环境障碍等环节干预原发性痛经。

    [Abstract] This paper analyzes the mechanism of acupuncture in intervention of primary dysmenorrhea among the experimental study of rats in recent years， argues that the mechanism of acupuncture in intervention of primary dysmenorrhea may be associated with the following aspects： acupuncture can treat primary dysmenorrhea through regulating endocrine function and the body′s immune function， improving the metabolism of nerve and neurotransmitter and uterine microenvironment disorder.

    原發性痛经是一种妇科临床常见病，是指妇女在经期或行经前后小腹出现周期性痉挛性疼痛，或痛引腰骶，且排除生殖器官明显器质性病变，严重影响患者的身心健康、工作效率与生活质量。临床上，传统的针灸疗法治疗痛经以其独特的疗效，千百年来一直广为应用。随着近年来越来越多的动物实验的深入开展，针灸干预原发性痛经的机制已取得一定的研究进展。本文就近5年原发性痛经病理机制以及针灸干预后效应的研究作一综述。
