    [摘要] 目的 探討枳术宽中胶囊对胃幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的根除率和复发率的影响。 方法 选择2015年1月～2017年1月河北省廊坊市人民医院收治的300例Hp感染患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组各150例。对照组给予四联疗法，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合给予枳术宽中胶囊治疗，两组均连续治疗2周。停药1个月后，计算并比较两组的Hp根除率。停药12个月后，计算并比较两组的Hp复发率。检测并比较两组治疗前和停药1个月后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)及胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)的水平。记录并比较两组患者治疗过程中的不良反应发生情况。 结果 治疗组的Hp根除率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 枳术宽中胶囊联合四联疗法治疗胃Hp感染具有较高的Hp根除率和较低的复发率，能改善胃黏膜炎性反应状态，且安全性较好，值得在临床上推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules on Helicobacter pylori (Hp) eradication rate and recurrence rate in patients with gastric Hp infection. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017， in Langfang People′s Hospital， 300 patients with gastric Hp infection were selected， they were divided into the control group and the treatment group by rondom number table method， with 150 cases in each group.
